Description
The Aurora 1 is a very comfortable yet lightweight one-person tent with external poles. This allows the tent to be set up in one go with the inner tent attached. The continuous pole channels make setup easier.
The tent is designed slightly flatter at the foot end to save weight and improve aerodynamics. The Aurora 1's relatively small footprint makes it very wind-stable and suitable for moderate winter use. The outer tent features four closable Apex ventilation flaps. The outer tent door can be raised with additional poles when open, providing excellent rain protection.
The inner tent offers a comfortable sitting height of 93 cm and enough room on the sides for a fair amount of gear. Furthermore, the inner tent features two coverable vents and a pocket for storing small items. The upper half of the D-shaped inner tent door is made of non-coverable mosquito mesh.
