Description
This knife was developed by Opinel specifically for mushroom picking and preparing. The fine, curved Sandvik stainless steel blade with a serrated back makes skinning mushrooms easy. At the end of the varnished oak handle is a boar bristle brush, which can be used to easily brush away any remaining soil from the mushrooms.
The Opinel mushroom knife comes with a sheath in a decorative wooden box. Naturally, the knife is equipped with the unique Virobloc® system, which allows the blade to be locked in place in a flash. To secure the blade, simply turn the locking ring.
