Description
When you're outdoors, you encounter new water conditions every day. Sometimes it's clear, sometimes cloudy, sometimes it smells chemically. A water filter with multiple disinfection modes is a good option. This Katadyn pump filter uses ceramic as a cleanable dirt filter and fiberglass as a microbiological filter with low pumping resistance.
The ceramic disc can be optionally activated in LONGER LIFE mode for cloudy water. In FASTER FLOW mode, the water flows directly to the glass fiber filter, increasing the pumping performance to up to 2 L/minute. Replaceable activated carbon granules reduce chemicals and unpleasant taste. A dual pumping mechanism ensures continuous performance with minimal effort. The integrated bottle thread fits directly onto bottles with a 55 mm opening.
Depending on the length of use, it's a good idea to have a spare activated carbon or filter cartridge. The capacity of the activated carbon depends on the water quality. The capacity of the activated carbon is up to 200 liters.
