Description
This Katadyn EZ-Clean Membrane is a filter cartridge for all blue Katadyn BeFree water filters and can also be used with most wide-mouth PET bottles. The cartridge is an ultralight and compact hollow fiber filter. With a pore size of 0.1 micron (0.0001 mm), the filter reliably removes bacteria and sediment at a rapid flow rate of up to 2 liters per minute.
Modern hollow-fiber filter technology acts as a physical barrier, preventing pathogens such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia from penetrating the membrane.
Application: Simply shake or swirl the filter in water—this not only cleans it but also increases its lifespan. Hollow fiber can be used in a variety of temperatures and climates.
